摘 要
互联网正在融入我们的生活，影响和改变着我们的生活。网络提供给我们的不只是一个获取信息的来源，而且还是一个可以信息管理的平台，在信息社会之中，电子文件是信息记录的主要形式。网络之中的电子文件数量十分巨大，需 要人们加以科学地管理，才能便于人们的利用,而asp在线文件管理系统为我们提供了一个这样的管理平台。
本系统是基于Web的网站。后台数据库系统使用微软的Access 2000，构建了在线文件管理系统数据库。系统实现的主要功能有:文件的上传与下载，在线文件编辑，文件删除，用户管理等功能。
本文共分六章:第一章为前言，简要介绍了计算机网络的发展；第二章为目标定义，分别介绍了市场调查、可行性研究、数据库的选择和Web服务器的构建；第三章为需求分析，分四节依次介绍了功能需求、功能划分、功能描述、外部接口需求和系统逻辑模型的提出；第四章为概要设计，分两节介绍了网站的总体结构设计和系统数据库的结构设计；第五章为软件的详细设计与编码，介绍了系统的实现目标及实现过程；第六章则介绍了网站的运行维护与测试。在本文的最后，附上系统开发过程中用到的一些参考书目及文献。

Abstract
The Internet is integrated into our lives, influence and change our lives. Network provided to us is not only a source of information access, but also an information management platform in an information society, electronic document records the information is the main form. The electronic network is a huge quantity of documents that people need to be scientific management can facilitate people''s use, asp and online document management system to provide a platform for the management.
The system is based on the Web sites Background database system using Microsoft Access 2000, building an online document management system database. The main system functions file upload and download, online document editing, deletion of documents, user management, and other functions.
This paper is divided into six chapters : Introduction to the first chapter, briefed the computer network development; Chapter II of the definition of objectives, introduced market research, feasibility studies, the choice of database and Web Construction; services Chapter III of the demand analysis followed four hours of functional requirements, functional, functional description, external demand and system interface logic of the proposed model; Chapter IV of the outline design, 2 hours on the website''s overall design and structure of the database structure design; Chapter V software for the detailed design and coding, introduced a system of goals and implementation process; Chapter 6 introduces the website''s operation and maintenance and testing. In the final paper, attached system used in the process of developing some bibliography and literature.
