工会信息管理系统
摘  要
随着社会的不断进步，人类已经进入信息网络化时代，作为联系广大职工群众的工会组织，在企业的改革、发展和稳定中，不仅要担负着维护广大员工的合法权益，而且要围绕企业中心任务，大力开展群众性经济技术创新工程，充分发挥工人阶级的主力军作用等重大任务。在当今信息传播速度日益加快的时代里，工会要履行好这些职责，必须实现工会工作信息传递的网络化、形式的综合化。而传统的C/S的MIS系统已经不能满足现在企业的要求，现在采用B/S技术完成的工会管理信息系统能更好的打破时间与空间的限制，将工会的日常管理工作移植到互联网上进行。
本课题主要运用了数据库（Access）与ASP整合的动态网站开发技术，采用CSS网站标准与框架技术，实现了工会信息的网络化管理，设计包括工会政务，个人办公管理，公文传阅，员工管理以及工会服务等管理功能。文章详细介绍的系统的开发实现过程以及设计体会。

ABSTRACT
As society progresses, we have entered the era of information networks. As contact with the masses of workers and trade union organizations in the reform, development and stability, not only to the general responsible for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees, but should focus on the central task enterprises, vigorously carry out mass projects of economic and technical innovation, and give full play to its role as the main force, and other major tasks. Dissemination of information in today''s rapid pace of the era, trade unions should fulfill these responsibilities trade unions must work to achieve the transmission of information to the network, the integrated form. The traditional C / S MIS has been unable to meet the requirements of the enterprise now using B / S completion of the technical union management information system can better break time and space constraints, The union will work day-to-day management of the transplant on the Internet.
