摘    要
电子期刊发行信息管理系统是一些期刊出版单位不可缺少的部分,期刊是人类不可缺少的精神食粮，期刊发行管理系统作为典型的信息管理系统,其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强.数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。使用计算机开发的期刊发行管理系统具有检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高期刊发行查询管理的效率,也是企业、学校的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。
本文主要介绍了基于HTML语言，嵌套javascript源代码的ASP编程技术，以IIS为服务平台，实现在线期刊发行管理系统的构建。介绍了系统的开发环境和运行平台、ASP、HTML脚本及javascript。使用ACCESS数据库管理整个期刊发行管理系统的后台数据。系统首先实现了管理身份验证，管理员登录系统后进行期刊发行信息的在线分类管理，期刊发行信息添加,借还书信息管理以及查询等相关功能操作，这些功能能够辅助系统管理员在线进行期刊发行资料的管理.通过有效的用户身份验证，保障了系统数据安全。
