摘  要
随着网络的高速发展，及教育体制改革的深入，通过网络自主学习与搜集信息，已经成为每个人所必须做的事情。特别是对于公务员考试方面的知识，因其自身知识更新快的特点，通过网站进行自主学习无疑是最佳的选择。
 现今活跃在WEB站点中的ASP就是近年才发展起来的一项新型技术。ASP功能强大，使用ASP时几乎没有什么限制，它可以实现动态页面。本文主要介绍了ASP技术相关的基础知识，并探讨了建立公务员学习网站的设计思想、方法及设计过程，详细地分析了各个模块的功能及实现方法。本文所介绍公务员学习网站具有良好的人机交互界面、合理的数据库结构，本网站是一个比较小型的网络远程教育网站，能够实现网络教育的初步功能，采用数据库与ASP编程结合的技术，实现公务员资料的在线浏览、资料评论以及会员登录等诸多功能，最终以实现既能使用户学到知识的同时，又提高用户对学习的兴趣为目的。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of networks, and in-depth reform of the education system, through the network independent study and collect information, has become everyone must do. Especially for civil service examinations of knowledge, update their own knowledge of the characteristics of fast, independent study conducted through the website is undoubtedly the best option.
  WEB site now active in the ASP is only recently developed a new technology. ASP powerful, the use of ASP when almost no restrictions, it can achieve dynamic pages. This paper presents the basis of ASP technology-related knowledge, and to explore the establishment of the civil service learning website design ideas, methods and design process, a detailed analysis of the functions of each module and method. This paper presented by the civil service learning site has a good human-computer interface, reasonable structure of the database, this site is a relatively small network of distance education web site, to achieve the initial function of the Education Network, a database and ASP programming combination of technology and achieve Civil information online browsing, information and comment, and many other members log feature, eventually allowing users to achieve not only learn the same time, improving the user''s interest in learning for the purpose.
