问题。由于如今大学生上网途径非常便捷,使得
网络招聘成了异军突起深受大学生广泛欢迎的求职方式。据统计,约有九成以上的毕业生通过浏览招聘网站或者在网上发布自己的求职信息来寻找
工作。网络求职有其突出的优点,即信息量大,资源丰富,更新速度快,招聘职位多等,很符合年轻人希望以最快捷便利的方式获得最多最有效信息的求职要求。本
系统就是一个模拟网上招聘和职业介绍的综合
软件,具备现实中人才中介机构的功能。可以为个人用户提供需要的求职与招聘的信息,也可以为单位用户提供需要的人才信息,可以说是两者互动的一种重要渠道。关键词:人才,企业,招聘,求职

Abstract
Applyingforajobisthemostimportantproblemforuniversitystudentsbeforetheirgraduation.Nowadaystherearemoreandmoreconvenientwaystogetmuchinformationfromnetwork,soitmakesemploy-onlinebecomethemostpopularmethodgettingajobinundergraduates.Itisreportedthatthereare90percentageundergraduatesapplyingfortheirjobsbybrowsingorreleasingtheirjob-applyinginformationinthespecialjob-site.Findingjobonnethasmanyprominentadvantage,suchaslargeinformation,richresource,quickrenewal,manyemptypositions,andsoon.Itisaccordwithyoungpeoplewhowanttofindthemostusefuljobinformationquicklyandconveniently.Thissyste
mistheintegratesoftwarethatsimulatesjob-applyingonlineandbusinessintroducing,whichpossessesthefunctionsofHumanAgenciesinreality.Thissystemcanprovidepersonaluserswithnecessaryinformationofapplyingforthejobandemploying,andoffertheneededpersoninformationtoenterpriseusers.Itisakindofinteractiveimportantchannelsofpersonalusersandenterpriseusers.
