ABSTRCT
Asthetheoreticalfundamentalofthehigh-speedcutting(HSC),theresearchofthemechanismofHSCisthefoundationoftheapplicationanddevelopmentoftheHSCtechnology.Theresearchofthecuttingheatfluxhasveryimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Highefficiencyandhighprecisionasthebasiccharacteristicsofthehigh-speedmachininghasbeentobecomeoneofthehotspotsofresearch,andcuttingtemperatureisreflectedinhigh-speedmachinin
gprocessisanimportantindicatorofphysicalproperties,istheimpactoftoolwear,toollifeandsurfaceproductsThequalityandintegrityoftheprocessanimportantfactor.Consideringthatthereareveryfewresearchingaboutthecuttingtool,thepapercarriesouttheheatfluxofthecuttingtoointheHSCbynumericalmethod.NumericalmethodisusefulinthestudyofthemechanismoftheHSC.Itiseffectivetoinvestigatehighspeedcuttingusingnumericalmethod.Inthisway,notonlythedisadvantagesoftheexperimentscanbeconquered,thechipformation,cuttingforces,temperature,strains,strainrates,etcintheprocessesofmachiningcanalsobepredictedquantitatively.andsources,improvingtheprecisions.Inthepaper,wemaketheresearchaboutthecuttingheatgenerationandtrans
