该论文分析研究了建立某高校设备管理系统的技术基础,利用结构化的分析方法对实验室设备管理系统进行了需求分析和系统分析。主要包括对现行系统的用户需求、模块结构、业务流程等内容的详细调查和分析,并在此基础上提出了新系统的逻辑模型。在系统分析的基础上,结合数据库相关理论以及实验室设备管理的实际情况,进行了系统数据库的概念结构和逻辑结构
设计,提出了系统的物理模型。该设备管理系统选择基于Windows平台的关系型数据库管理系统MicrosoftSQLServer2000为数据库平台,选用微软WINDOWS平台下DELPHI7作为
软件开发工具进行系统
程序设计的。整个系统可以实现设备管理系统中常规的管理和特殊业务逻辑要求,从用户信息的录入、登录和验证,到设备信息的录入、
查询和维护,以及设备的转移、借用等业务需求,都较好地得以实现。

Abstract
Thispaperanalyzedandstudiedthetechnologicalbasewhichhasestablishedthelaboratoryequipmentmanagementsystem.Demandanalysisandsystemanalysishavebeencarriedonthelaboratoryequipmentmanagementsystembyusingthestructuredanalyticalmethod.It’smainlyincludingthepresentsystem’suserdemand,modulestructure,workflowandsoon,andproposedthenewsystemlogicalmodelinthisfundamentally.Basedonthesystemanalysis,ithasunifiedthedatabasecorrelationtheoryandthelaboratoryequipmentmanagementoftheactualsituation,andcarriedonthesystemdatabaseconceptstructureandthelogicalstructuredesign,andproposedthephysicalmodelofthesystem.ThelaboratoryequipmentmanagementsystemsselectedthebasedontheWindowsplatformrelationaldatabasemanagementsystemMicrosoftSQLServer2000asitsdatabaseplatform,andusedtheMicrosoftWindowsplatformDELPHI7forasoftwaredevelopmenttool,usingDELPHI7technologyforthesystemprogram.Theentiresystemcanrealizetheconventionalmanagementandspecialbusinesslogicaldemandofthelaboratoryequipmentmanagementsystem,andithavebetterachievedfromuserinformationinput,logonandverify,totheequipmentinformationinput,inquiriesandmaintenance,andequipmenttransfer,l
