document.Thereisnowelleffectthroughouttwoyear’suse.Sowedecidetodevelopanewofficeautomationsystemwhichcandealwiththecomplexandheavydocumentoperationandestablishprojectat2005.ThisprojectisledandcorrespondedbyInformationCenter,designedanddevelopedwithTsinghuaTONGFANGCompany.Itakechargethedesignandimplementofthetransferofdocument’sWorkflowdefinition.ThroughthesufficientresearchoftheBureau’sdailydocumentoperation,weconcludeallneedsandthenputforwardthemainproblemwhichneedsthissystemtosolve.Itisachievinguser’sapplicabilityneed,havingwellcurrency,andimplementalloperationviafriendlyWebinterface.Configuringagilitytoofficesystemcometruebyoperatingtherelationaldatabase.Thispaperorganizedasfollows:fistpartgivesthebackgroundofflexiblestructureofficesystem’sdevelopment.Thenanalysesandexplainsthearchitecture,workflow,workpattern,discussesthedesignandimplementofWorkflowdefinitionanddocumenttransmittal.Lastpartweconcludetheexperienceandshortageofsoftwaredeveloping,andproposesomeimaginationforimprovingthesystem.
