摘
要
本课题的设计电路主要采用CMOS集成电路来实现电容测试仪的设计。电容测试仪主要由时钟振荡电路,控制电路,闸门电路,计数电路,译码驱动电路和显示电路六部分组成。它的核心思想就是利用单稳态触发器的暂态的时间来控制多谐振荡器的输出的脉冲的个数,然后通过七段数码管译码驱动显示。本课题主要研究的是电容测试仪的精度和可靠性。电容测试仪可以测量三位数字显示,量程可达到1到999,测量时间小于等于2秒,精度可达到±10%。测量电容值的精度高,成本较低,而且维修方便,应用也比较广泛。关键词测试仪;单稳态触发器;多谐振荡器;译码驱动显示电路
