摘 要 本课题的研究内容是给煤机的总体设计。
本论文论述的给煤机是矿山机械的一个部分。
给煤机工作的好坏,取决于给煤机的型号,结构和相关参数。
首先,通过计算机软件 Visual Basic来进行模拟曲柄滑块机构的运动设计编程来确定的给煤最大速度和加速度;其次,以力学模型为依据,分析了减速器的轴、齿轮托辊上载荷的作用机理,得到了较为合理的给煤机载荷的计算公式;再次,结合本次设计的给煤机,从平面和空间两方面对减速器的轴、齿轮;托辊等主要结构件进行受力分析;最后对减速器的轴、齿轮;托辊等主要结构件进行强度效核,并画出它们的机械工程图, 在完成本设计的过程中,利用理论分析的同时,也采用了许多实际经验,做到理论与实践相结合。

The solution described is a part of the mining industry equipment in the mineused for solution of working environment in the locale. It works well or bad atwork basing on its solution mode frame and some parameters.
