摘 要 面粉加工是食品生产的重要原料工业,是粮食生产向人类消费过渡的传统行业。
为了提高其产品质量与竞争实力,本课题结合国家科委“九五”期间 《国家级科技成果重大推广计划项目》一“面粉生产过程自动控制与微机管理系统(97060302A)”,深入地调研分析了国内外13个进口面粉自动生产线的应用实效和优缺点,结合国内面粉加工业的工艺设备、人员素质、技术和管理水平的现状,研制了一套具有一定中国特色的“PLC甘也T+ⅢC”和“手动/半自动/全自动”技术结构的“面粉生产自动控制与微机管理系统”,研发了部分专用传感器和测控装置,编写了约1.6万行PLC程序,可以实现大、中型面粉生产过程的全自动控制、报警、运行状况显示、异常设各记录和生产数据的实时采集与图表生成,并可与厂级微机网相连,提高了生产调度、管理和操作的科技水平,并在国内推广应用了多套,取得较好的经济效益与社会效益。
