所以本设计就以 PLC 为控制系统,并结合企业实际,针对市场应用最多的单螺杆挤出机进行设计。
本设计整体分为挤出机温度控制、压力控制、线径控制和转速控制四个部分。
通过日本理化公司 CH402 温控表实现主机机身温度检测、加热器工作和冷却电机的启停,实现温度控制;通过螺杆挤出后推力的测量解决挤出机的压力控制;通过欧勒测控公司 DDM-3020 外径测控仪达到线径的检测和控制;用编码器实现主轴和牵引速度检测,通过 PLC 控制挤出部分和牵引部分电机的变频调速。
整个系统以 PLC 为核心,检测设备和传感器为辅,通过继电器、接触器等辅助电器实现对挤出机的温度、线径和电机的逻辑控制;最终以触摸屏实现人机交互,实现速度与参工艺数的监控。

Therefore this design takes PLC as the control system considering theactual situation of the enterprises and the single screw extruder design which is taken mostapplications in the market. The whole design is divided into four main parts: pressure control wire diametercontrol and speed control. So it takes the CH402 temperature control table of RKC companyto implement host body temperature detection heater and cooling motor start and stop as torealize the temperature control by screw extrusion after thrust measurement solution to getextruder pressure control by Euler monitoring company DDM-3020 diameter measuringand controlling instrument to get wire diameter detection and control by encoder to getimplementation spindle and the traction speed detection and to get extruder portion and atraction portion of the motor variable frequency speed which controlled by PLC.
