完整设计论文 锭子卷簧扭转弹性测量装置的设计 摘要 锭子系统中在纺织工业中起着非常大的作用,是纺织得以实现的前提,而锭子卷簧的性能则能影响纺织产品质量。
卷簧在锭子系统中起着支承作用,为了提高纺织产品的质量,就十分有必要对它的刚度进行测量。
为此设计一种对卷簧的扭转弹性进行测量的装置。
本设计主要内容为:测卷簧所受扭转力的装置的设计,卷簧夹具的设计,传动机构的设计和总体布局的设计,并能实现手动测量与自动测量两种方法能独立完成,在文中有齿轮等零部件的校核和一些参数的设计计算以及一些零件的有关知识介绍。
该装置是以弹簧扭转刚度的定义为理论基础,用机械方法分别对卷簧扭力和扭转角进行测量,从而根据理论公式计算出卷簧较为准确的刚度。

So we need to designa pair of devices for the measurement of spring rolls of flexible reverse . The main feature of the design is: the design of a equipment for the measurement ofspring suffered reverse the design of spring rolls fixtureand the design of Transmission partand the General layout. It can achieve automatic and manual measurement of the twomethods measured independently. The paper includes the check of the gear and the design ofother parts of and some of the parameters some relevant parts are also referred. The deviceis based on the define of torsional stiffness of the spring as the theoretical basis Torsionspring rolls and reverse angle are measured by Mechanical methods respectively .Thus according to the theories spring rolls stiffness will be Calculated more accurately.
