因此在实际设计中,必须利用试验手段来验证设计结果和实际使用效果,阻尼器设计技术的发展依赖于悬架阻尼器测试和试验技术的发展。
设计结合科研项目,设计具备较高性能的阻尼器试验台,来完善阻尼器试验中的一些缺陷。
设计内容包括电液伺服试验台台架设计、液压系统选择以及液压系统各部件的合理装配。
设计过程充分考虑电液伺服试验台与机械式、示波器式、电测式等试验台的区别,在电液伺服试验台的设计中很好的体现了液压伺服系统在试验手段中的优点。
