完整设计 基于单片机的电液比例控制系统设计 摘 要:随着微电子技术、智能技术、传感与检测技术等的快速发展以及向工程机械领域的不断渗透,现代工程机械正处于机电液一体化的崭新的发展时代。
其中,电液比例控制系统具有控制精度高、安装使用灵活以及抗污染能力强等多方面优点,其应用领域日益拓宽。
本文采用 C8051F040微控制器为核心设计与开发的电压比例控制器,相对于传统的单片机所构成的电液比例控制系统,具有更高的稳定性、可靠性和实时响应能力。
因此,其更能适应我国工程机械领域的应用环境。
本文首先阐述了电液比例控制系统的发展历史,特点,以及分类情况。
其次,介绍了整个控制系统的功能,并详细介绍了以 C8051F040 微控制器为核心的系统的硬件结构。
接着,详细阐述了控制器与电液比例阀的接口电路,即由电机驱动芯片 LMD18200 构成的驱动电路的原理与设计。
