压力控制回路是控制整个系统或局部油路的工作压力。
压力控制回路是利用压力控制阀来控制整个系统或局部油路的压力,达到调压、卸载、减压、增压、平衡、保压、泄压等目的,以满足执行元件对力或力矩的要求。
对于液压基本回路的实验装置设计,能使我们更好的掌握也压得基本原理及液压系统设计的基本流程,并且对设计的一般步骤与方法有了更好的掌握。
本文阐述了主轴箱用液压系统使主轴箱向上运动、向下运动、以及停止运动时的平衡压力基本稳定。
根据液压原理图以及主轴箱平衡机构装配图对各部分液压元件进行选材校核,从而完成整个设计。
论文首先综述了国内外液压技术的研究进展及研究现状、分析课题的研究背景、阐述课题研究的意义和内容。
然后重点根据液压原理图,从而选择液压元件,计算其性能是否符合指标,最后在说明液压系统工作时的注意事项。
