The results indicated that heat accumulation improved hydrogen production yields of photosynthetic bacteria when the initial http://www.paper.edu.cn -7- 中国科技论文在线temperature was low. However when the temperature was higher than 30 it did not. Heat ℃accumulation showed an upward trend with light intensity increaseing from 500Lx to 3000Lxand was conducive to the improvement of hydrogen production yields. In other words the more heat accumulation the more hydrogen production yields When the scope of inoculation was from 5 to 50 heat accumulation was aslo conducive to the improvement of hydrogen production capacity. When inoculation was 5、10、20 and 50 hydrogen production yields increased correspondingly by 43 mL、89 mL、103 mL and 30 mL. The results provide theoretical bases for the industrialization of hydrogen production technology and the design of temperature control system in the operation of photosynthetic bacteria hydrogen production system.
