LED screens use hardware such as Flash or EPROM to store the video,or uses computer in live to transport the real—time video.These methods are hard to contr01. And the conTmon method uses RGB signal as the video source as the screen must use this formation,this increases the amount ofinformation a lot and hard to transport. This paper is aimed to provide a new kiIld of LED f11U·color screen control system in order to instead of the traditional skill and provide柚advanced technology ofour own The main work js listed below: (1)Using the most advanced video codec of H.264 to compress the video.Reducing the amount of information and increasing the quality of video by the hi班compressing rate by H.264.codec.So it can be used in the limited wireless internet. (2)Intemet and GPRS(EDGE)wireless technology is used in this project.Theymake the set ofthe LED more freely.Also reduce the cost ofbuilding the system.Thestructure can be easily updated to Ipv6 and the 3G technology in the future. (3)A server for the customer video platform is designed to provide service for fardistance LED display.With the connection of the LED terminals and customers,theone control point to many terminals is realized.
