PLC 的出现成为了划时代的主题,PLC 的应用使系统的控制调整简单,运行可靠,这不仅避免了传统的继电器逻辑控制线路体积庞大、故障率高、维护困难的缺点,又克服了微机控制系统成本高,接口处理及编程相对复杂等缺点。
PLC 技术通过极其稳定的硬件穿插以及灵活的软件控制,使得自动化走向了新的高潮。
本文介绍了通过 PLC 来对切管机进行自动控制,并对八台切管机实行联网通信。
给出了一个实际的 PLC 通信应用系统及其 PLC 联网通信的设计方法,采用中断方式实现了主机与 PLC 的实时通信 完成了控制系统对现场信号的实时监控。
