河北工程大学硕士学位论文基于ARM的全数字可逆直流调速系统的研究姓名王国杰申请学位级别硕士专业计算机应用技术指导教师贺洪江20070401摘 要 I 摘 要 本文以ARM嵌入式系统为控制核心针对四象限的全数字可逆双闭环直流调速系统进行设计研究。
该研究结合当前最前沿的嵌入式技术、硬实时操作系统技术、图形界面技术及网络通讯技术利用三星公司的S344B0X 32位ARM处理器对目前以传统的8/16位单片机为主的全数字双闭环控制系统进行改进的设计研究探讨和尝试其发展可行性。
本设计充分利用了ARM处理器在uc/os-II和uc/gui平台上的多任务程序运行、实时处理及友好的人机交互并结合逻辑无环流可逆原理给出直流电机数字控制方案。
并进一步在电机控制方面探讨利用lwIP一套用于嵌入式系统的轻量级light weightTCP/IP协议栈协议与PC机实现数据通讯以实现PC机的远程控制。
本文详细介绍了直流调速系统装置的设计过程主要分为以下几个部分 第一、介绍了嵌入式系统的概念及其特点以及基于ARM处理器的优势和应用。
第二、基于ARM处理器所构成的全数字可逆直流调速系统设计。
第三、基于ARM控制器平台下的多任务软件系统的设计并说明了该软件系统的设计思路及特点最后给出了主要模块的具体实现。
第四、介绍基于我院模拟直流调速实验平台的数字化改造及调试过程。
最后通过该装置的开发和测试表明本系统具有线路简单、控制方便、动态转速波形显示、网络控制等优点。
关键字44B0X逻辑无环流uc/os-IIuc/guilwIP abstract II Abstract This article carries on an application research about the full digital reversibleness and double closed loop of DC motor system on the four-quadrant based on the ARM embedded system. With the embedded technology hard real-time operating system graphical interface and network communication technology the research improves the design of the double-loop digital control system of DC motor based on traditional 8/16 SCM with Samsungs S344B0X 32-bit ARM processor and attempts to explore and experiment the feasibility of its development. Taking full advantage of the ARM processor’s multi-task procedure in the uc/os-II and uc/gui platform real-time processing and user-friendly interface this design presents figures DC motor control program with logic uncircumflunce and reversibleness theory. and further explores using lwIP a lightweight protocol package of TCP/IP for embedded systems protocol to communicate with the PC machine for its long-distance remote control in the motor control aspect. This paper particularly describes the design’s process of the DC drive system and it consists of the following several parts: a. Introduce the concept and features of embedded system and its advantages and applications based on ARM processors. b. The design of full digital and reversibleness of DC motor controlling system. c. Multi-task software design based on the ARM and showing the idea and features of its design finally presenting the concrete realization of main module d. Finally introducing digital reconstruction and process of debugging for analog DC motor-experiment-platform based on ARM. It shows that the system has merits of simple circuitry convenient control dynamic undee display for motor’s speed and network control and so on.
