显微镜作为金相、医学和化学分析的常用仪器,广泛地应用在工厂、医院的检验分析室,研究所、高校及中学的实验室。
因此,了解并掌握它的构造原理和调整方法,了解并掌握其放大率的概念和测量方法,不仅有助于加深理解透镜的成像原理,也有助于正确使用其他光学仪器。
其原理和机构是集精密设计、工程光学于一体的仪器设备。
一个完整的显微镜系统设计是十分复杂的,涉及到光学设计、机械设计、电路设计等多方面知识。
真空冷冻干燥技术发展到今天,已在许多领域得到成功应用。
但与其它干燥方法相比,设备投资依然较大、能源消耗及产品成本依然较高,限制了该技术的进一步发展。
因此,如何在确保产品质量的同时,实现节能降耗,降低生产成本是真空冷冻干燥技术当前面临的最主要的问题。
另外,由于冻干机所使用场所的特殊性,设备要求十分苛刻,运行环境恶劣,这都对冻干机的运行可靠性、合理性、方便性提出了更高的要求。
新技术、新标准、新法规的出台,都对冻干技术提出了更多的要求。
