高校设备管理系统
摘 要
该论文分析研究了建立某高校设备管理系统的技术基础,利用结构化的分析方 法对实验室设备管理系统进行了需求分析和系统分析。主要包括对现行系统的用户 需求、模块结构、业务流程等内容的详细调查和分析,并在此基础上提出了新系统 的逻辑模型。在系统分析的基础上,结合数据库相关理论以及实验室设备管理的实 际情况,进行了系统数据库的概念结构和逻辑结构设计,提出了系统的物理模型。 该设备
管理系统选择基于 Windows 平台的关系型数据库管理系统 Microsoft SQL Server2000 为数据库平台,选用微软 WINDOWS 平台下 DELPHI 7 作为
软件开发工 具进行系统程序设计的。整个系统可以实现设备管理系统中常规的管理和特殊业务 逻辑要求,从用户信息的录入、登录和验证,到设备信息的录入、查询和维护,以 及设备的转移、借用等业务需求,都较好地得以实现。

Abstract
This paper analyzed and studied the technological base which has established the laboratory equipment management system. Demand analysis and system analysis have been carried on the laboratory equipment management system by using the structured analytical method. It’s mainly including the present system’s user demand, module structure, work flow and so on, and proposed the new system logical model in this fundamentally. Based on the system analysis, it has unified the database correlation theory and the laboratory equipment management of the actual situation, and carried on the system database concept structure and the logical structure design, and proposed the physical model of the system. The laboratory equipment management systems selected the based on the Windows platform relational database management system Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as its database platform, and used the Microsoft Windows platform DELPHI 7 for a software development tool, using DELPHI 7 technology for the system program. The entire system can realize the conventional management and special business logical demand of the laboratory equipment management system, and it have better achieved from user information input, log on and verify, to the equipment information input, inquiries and maintenance, and equipment transfer, loan and other business demand .
