1. 单相感应电机模型导入
1) 打开 Magnet
软件, 检查 默认单位是否为 mm?如果不是请改为 mm 右键点击 magnet 1
点击属性,查看单位否为 mm,若不是请改为 mm
2) 导入 dxf 文件 点击 File 菜单下 Import 命令,选择相应的 dxf

Import 导入的对话框:
调整文件类型下拉菜单,选择 AutoCAD Files(*.dxf). 找到 dxf 文件存储的目录,选择对应的 dxf 文件

2. 拉伸实体设定材料 选择转子面

1)拉伸转子
选择图中平面,命名为 Rotor, 拉伸长度 12mm, 材料定义为 50w800,材料库导入参见“材料
问题处理方法.docx” 2) 拉伸定子

命名为 Stator, 拉伸长度 12mm, 材料定义为 50w800 3)拉伸导体
命名为 A1 ,材料选择 Copper:5.77e7 Siemens/meter user 同样方法依次拉伸 A2, A3, A4,B1,B2,B3,B4

拉伸转子鼠笼条
定义为 bar1,材料选择为 Aluminum: 3.8e7 Siemens/meter 同样方法依次按逆时针顺序拉伸 bar2,…bar22 如图:

4) 拉伸空气包
放大,并选择最内层气隙,材料选择 AIR, 并选择 Ignore holes (useful for air regions) 实心拉伸

选择第二层气隙拉伸定义为 Rotor remesh air, 去掉 Ignore holes 选项 同样方法拉伸第三层气隙定义为 Stator remesh air, 去掉 Ignore holes 选项

按住 CTRL 键选择第四层气隙以外的部分定义为 Stator air.
3. 建立线圈和运动
选择 A1,A2,并点击 model 菜单下 Make Simple Coil 可以生成线圈 Coil1。
