高速公路收费系统 摘要 高速公路收费系统是智能交通系统的一个重要的研究课题,是实现高速公路收 费从人工到半自动再到全自动过程的发展方向。一个收费系统通常由收费车 道、收费站、收费管理中心三部分组成。 近年来,为了推进国民经济的全面发展,国家不断加大在交通方面的投入,从 而促进了高速公路建设事业的蓬勃发展,为了迎合对高速公路收费及其它方面 越来越高的管理要求,随着计算机和各种有线、无线通讯方式的日新月异,出 现了各种各样的收费管理系统。 本文主要讨论高速公路收费系统,并且详细讨论了该系统的数据 库的开发设计与实现。本系统是用于半自动收费方式,通过使用计算机、电子 收费设备、交通控制和显示设施代替人工收费方式操作的一部分工作。同时, 我还讨论了现在最流行的分布式计算以及分布式数据库。该系统 是智能化交通管理的基本应用,主要特点在于它是高集成系统,依靠使用先进 的通信技术、计算机科学、自动控制和视频监视,实现收费管理的科学化。 收费网络采用客户/服务器层次结构,Windows NT + Microsoft SQL Server 为数 据库的管理系统,在此基础上,由客户机承担收费控制、数据采集、实时监控 及资料统计分析等。
关键词 数据库;分布式处理;高速公路收费系统;分布式计算模型 The Expressway Toll Collection System Abstract The expressway toll collection system is an important question for discussion in Intelligent Transport System, realizing the developing trend of expressway toll collection system from manual system to semiautomatic system till automatic system. It is often composed of three parts: toll highway, toll station and toll management center as a toll collection system. Recently, the government increases its investment in the field of communication and transportation in order to speed up the economy, thus push forward the construction of network of expressway. With the support of the development of computer science and means of communication, various kinds of Toll Collection System are sprung up because the increased demand of management and supervision. This paper mainly discusses the design of the whole express toll collection system, and discusses the design and implementation of the database of the system in detail. The system acts in semiautomatic toll mode using computer, electronic toll equipment, and traffic controlling and display establishment to replace a part of manual toll operations. Meanwhile, I discuss the popular distributed calculation model and the implementation of database system currently. This system is a basic applied field in intelligent Transportation System.
